Konkani Film “Fondacho Misther” Release

Rayan Magneto’s second Konkani film, Fondacho Misther, is scheduled for release on April 25, 2025, in Mangaluru and Udupi, with screenings at Bharath Cinemas in Mangaluru, Padubidri, and Deralakatte. Following his successful debut, Lucky Draw, which had 50 screenings and was well-received by Konkani audiences, Rayan continues to strengthen his presence in Konkani cinema with this comedy film that carries a social message.

The film features a large cast of over 40 artistes from the Mangaluru region, including Leston, Kellam, Alwyn Danthy, Lucy Aranha, Godwin Bejai, Joseph Angelore, Rishel Permannur, Joyline D’Souza Niddodi, Carmine Sequeira, and Wilma Lenisha Vorkady. A special cameo is made by Tulunada Manikya Aravind Bolar. Rayan Magneto not only directs but also acts in the film, while Melwyn Pernal is responsible for the script and production. The music is composed by Prajoth D’Sa, known for Udi Udi, and cinematography is by Allwyn Sequeira. The song Dektana Tuka has already gained popularity among fans.Beyond the India release, Fondacho Misther will also be screened in Kuwait and other Gulf countries in May 2025. Produced under Rayan Magneto Films, the movie runs for 142 minutes and has an estimated budget of ₹2.5 million. This release marks a promising continuation of Rayan’s contribution to Konkani cinema, promising wholesome entertainment alongside a meaningful social message.
