Kesari 2 box office Day 6: Akshay Kumar’s film nears Rs 50 crore before 2nd weekend

While Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari Chapter 2’ has kept a decent face at the box office so far, it will be challenged by new releases in theatres from this weekend. There’s also ‘Jaat’, which has not gone out of the race yet. Will ‘Kesari 2’ be able to rise amid chaos at the ticket window and find its way ahead?

Actor Akshay Kumar’s latest release, ‘Kesari Chapter 2’, is all set to enter its second weekend at the box office. The patriotic drama based in the aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre recorded a decent business on Wednesday, taking the six-day total to Rs 42.20 crore nett.

The Karan Singh Tyagi directorial collected Rs 3.20 crore nett on Wednesday. The film is going to touch the benchmark of Rs 50 crore, hopefully before the end of the second weekend.
