The Church Community Day was celebrated on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM with Mass .The main celebrant was Rev. Fr. Clifford Fernandes .Concelebrants included Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D’Souza (Parish Vicar), Rev. Fr. Do. Pius Fidelis Pinto, Rev. Fr. Anil Fernandes, and Rev. Fr. Vikas Pereira.After the Mass, After that a stage program was conducted.The Chief Guest for the program was Mr. Jockim Stany Alvares, President of the Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy.All dignitaries and ward elders were welcomed with a brass band performance and a procession.The stage program was led by the youth of the P.Y.C. organization through prayerful dances.The dignitaries invited to the stage were:Rev. Fr. Rudolph Ravi D’Souza (Parish Vicar) – presided over the function.Mr. Romans Lobo (Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council).Mr. Jonson Lobo (Secretary).Mrs. Hilda Menezes (Coordinator of 21 Commissions).Sr. Jay (Superior of Pompei Convent).Sr. Leena Pereira (Superior of Rosa Mystica Convent).Mrs. Delcy Rodrigues, coordinator of the Mulaviy Christians Community, invited the dignitaries to the stage. Mr. Romans Lobo delivered the welcome address the winners of various sports and competitions held in the wards .Ward representatives, selected from the wards, sang the community song.Master Auston (Rhythm Keyboard)The song was composed and the rhythm set by Dr. Jason Sequeira.The music was enhanced by:Mr. Nijil Peris (Lead Keyboard)Mr. Shaman D’Cunha (Bass Guitar),Mr. Prem Raskinh (Cajon),Mr. Jeevan Louis (Trumpet)Mr. Fredwin D’Souza (Shakers).

Mr. Stany Alvares, in his message, urged the community to strengthen itself and preserve the Konkani language. The Parish Vicar praised the united spirit of the parishioners, thanked everyone, and offered blessings .Vice President Mr. Romans Lobo presented a memento to the Chief Guest. Secretary Mr. Jonson Lobo thanked everyone. Sr. Jaya invoked God’s blessings on the food. Mr. Roylin Lobo compered the program .After the stage program, a short film was screened .The program concluded with everyone partaking in the meal prepared by the parishioners. Approximately 860 parishioners attended the celebration.
